Airport Fees: Paying of Landing and parking charges , Navigation (Approach) and all other applicable charges for client.
Airport Considerations : Airport of Entry, Opening Hours, Overtime charges, Runway suitability, closures, Rescue and Firefighting availability, Parking and Hangarage availability.
Accommodation : Crew and Passenger Bookings in appropriate hotels, including Ground Transport.
Contract Fuel: Selection of cheapest fuel price available through our fuel broker network. Contract Fuel arranged, payment either via your existing credit arrangements, or by us, in which case pre-payment is required.
Crew Brief :Weather Briefing – Metar and Taf .Notam’s for all relevant airports that may affects the flight.
ATC Filing :ICAO format ATC plan transmitted to all required ATC authorities.
Overflight & Landing Permits: Application to relevant Government department for Permit including Block Overflight and Block Landing permit.
Visas upon arrival: Securing visas for crew and passengers upon arrival depending on the location of your request.
Airline Representation: Have the capacity to represent Airlines and assist them with their operational needs by offering our expertise and technical know-how.
Flight Following: Monitoring the aircraft once airborne till it reaches its final destination.
